Our Story

Crossific Construction, founded in July 2020 by Khandaker Md. Musfiqur Rahman, is a trusted provider of comprehensive construction and engineering solutions. Starting with mechanical parts supply to BIWTC through the tender process, the company quickly expanded into civil construction, electrical supply, and maintenance work for PWD, DNSC, EED and BWDB. Over the years, we have also ventured into private real estate development, completing over 100 projects within just five years.

Our projects contribute to shaping cities, protecting riverbanks, and delivering sustainable, durable infrastructure across Bangladesh. We specialize in civil and mechanical construction, MEP supply and maintenance, interior solutions, and real estate development for government, corporate, and private clients.

I, Khandaker Md. Musfiqur Rahman, the proprietor of Crossific Construction, hold a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Supply Chain Management. With technical expertise and business insight, our clients are always in trusted hands. Our vision is to grow worldwide, undertaking mega projects, high-rise buildings, and township developments, leaving a lasting impact on the infrastructure landscape.
